Assisting Individuals and Businesses Around the Globe

The Law Office of Gary W. Rich, L.C., located in Morgantown, West Virginia, focuses its practice on immigration and naturalization law in order to provide clients with the most effective legal representation possible. Choosing an Attorney

The attorney you retain to assist you in immigration matters is critical. Attorney Rich’s legal qualifications and multi-cultural experiences allow him to not only assist his clients on a wide variety of immigration matters, but also to be sensitive to their particular cultures. Mr. Rich’s legal practice is built on providing attention and dedication to each client. .

The following are important issues to consider when choosing an immigration practitioner:

  • EXPERIENCE - We have successfully filed numerous H-1B specialty occupation petitions for technology firms, and have also been successful in obtaining family-based and employment based "Green Cards."
  • COMPLIANCE - On-going changes for employers in record keeping and compliance regulations by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) (formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Service) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), necessitate that companies be advised of these issues.  Additionally, we provide advance notice of proposed changes to immigration and labor-related laws and regulations.
  • TIMELINESS - We provide quick turnaround for preparation of petitions and applications after all needed information is obtained from the petitioner/applicant.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF THE SYSTEM - Our experience allows us to understand the inner workings and cultures that exist within the various governmental agencies, and we know how to work within those parameters.  We are able to submit packages that are accurately compiled per the specific agencies, which will be more likely to provide positive results in a shorter period of time.  Our experience and knowledge of these agencies extends to the CIS, the DOL, and Embassies and Consulates abroad.
  • COMMUNICATION - Our past experience with corporate immigration programs has illustrated the importance of frequently providing knowledgeable immigration information to company management and staff, sometimes on a daily basis. Accordingly, we are prepared to establish a line of communication to assist with these inquiries, as needed.  We are available outside normal business hours for critical situations as they develop.
